Red Rice Wine Chicken Mee Sua







Another one-dish meal that I prepared for dinner.  Method is the same as here, except to add more fermented red rice wine paste, water etc since I am having it with mee sua (vermicelli).

  2. ha... this is a Canto experimenting with foochow goodies. No where authentic though, but enough to satisfy my cravings!
